The technology is in RAM or L3-L4 cache connectable & addable directly to CPU case.
Advantages:
1. Close location will have less interferences and signal loss
2. Close location will have better speed
3. Location of RAM in the connection with CPU cooler system allows to increase frequencies and performance
4. Cache is a super high speed memory that can be addable to CPU to improve its performace
5. Computer can have 2 RAM types: 1) Near-CPU super fast RAM (GDDR, etc.); 2) Usual RAM
5. No need to create too much models. Cache can be added to form other model.
